City Series - The First Floor

Inspired by cityscapes and objects found within their limits. Sandpaper finds interesting textural moments and shapes while walking to and from the factory, and recreates them in sculpted Mahogany. The carvings are then arranged at random, finding where each piece fits into the artwork.
